Each analysis is conducted personally by genuine interpreters and the duration may vary depending on workload. Responses are generally completed within 30 minutes to 1 hour, but in some cases, you may receive results within 15 minutes. The Express analysis option ensures your analysis is prioritized and delivered much faster.
Expert commentators registered in the system provide online analyses to users in their specialized fields. With various types of analyses, you can find accurate and reliable answers to the questions you are curious about.
Your analysis will be delivered to you via email and can also be viewed from your profile within the application.
Your payments are protected by SSL certification. Card payments made on the website are processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment infrastructure. Your card details are not stored on Fal&Fal servers; payment information is handled securely by Stripe over an encrypted connection. Each reading request is a one-time payment. No charge is made without your approval; there is no automatic renewal or payment subscription. Mobile app payments are processed through Apple or Google payment systems.
Once you have made the payment and submitted your request, a confirmation email will be sent to your email account. If you do not receive this email, it may be because your payment has not been approved or you may have entered your email address incorrectly. In such cases, please contact us through the support section on our website.
All commentators on the site are genuine experts. Ready-made and template analyses are not sent.
You should also check the junk/spam/unwanted/insignificant folders in your email account. The initial comment email from the system may have landed in these folders. If you still cannot access your analysis result, please contact our support team immediately.

Readings on Fal&Fal are not sent as pre-written automated texts. Each reading is personally crafted by a real interpreter based on the information you provide. During busy periods, especially when popular interpreters receive a high volume of requests, preparation may take a little longer than usual. All requests are queued and delivered as quickly as possible.
In some cases, even though your reading has been prepared and sent, it may not appear in your main inbox. Responses can sometimes end up in Spam, Junk, Promotions, Social, or other folders. We recommend checking all your email folders while waiting for your reading, not just the main inbox.
If the email address entered in the request form contains an error, it may prevent your reading from reaching you. A typo, missing character, wrong domain, or an unused email address could cause the prepared response to go to a different address or fail to deliver. That's why it's important to double-check your email address when submitting a request.
Yes. Requests submitted through the iOS or Android app can be tracked more easily via the in-app messages section. This reduces the need to check email folders and lets you access your completed readings in a more convenient way.
On rare occasions, payment processing may be delayed due to internet connectivity, bank verification, Apple/Google payment systems, or momentary technical issues. In such cases, please reach out to our support team with your payment date, the platform you used, and your request details. Our team will review the situation and assist you.
